Acts 26:1-18

"I myself was convinced that I ought to do many things in opposing the name of Jesus of Nazareth” (v9).  Paul used his personal testimony to explain to King Agrippa how he, a strictly observant Jew, had become a follower of Jesus.  Until his own encounter with Jesus, Paul had persecuted Christians, thinking he was defending Judaism.  After Jesus appeared to him, however, Paul realized that, in fact, Jesus was the fulfillment of the promise God made to his ancestors (v6). His entire way of thinking was transformed.

“Who are you, Lord?” (v15).  Even as believers, we harbor misunderstandings and wrong views of God. Jesus reveals God fully to us, and as we know Him, we are changed.
