“Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there!” (v7-8). This beautiful psalm has encouraged generations with the knowledge that God knows us inside and out and still loves us, and He accompanies us everywhere – even through dark and difficult times. “Even the darkness is not dark to you” (v12). We can face the unknown within us and the unknown future because of His love.

“Search me O God, and know my heart!” (v23). We can trust every detail of our hearts, even things hidden to others, to the One who created us and loves us.
